Plug Type Diverter Valve

Also known as tunnel diverter valve. The diverter valve consists of a rugged carbon steel cast body which houses a cast twin pipe plug between a pair of end covers. Bulk solids handled pass from one line through a tunnel within the plug to either of the two outlet lines.  The twin pipe plug combines the benefits of both a constant and a low rotational angle. The material stream is diverted to the selected outlet by rotating the plug through 43°. For abbrassive materials and food applications the valve parts are constructed from 304 -316 stainless steel which ensures maximum durability and safety. Pipe connections can be supplied as either plain pipe ends or flanged as required.

Slide Gate Valve

Slide gate valves are generally used below silo, tank, conveyors and hoppers. Sliding gate allows to control the gravitational flow of granular materials. Carbon steel, stainless steel and hardox steel construction are available for slide gate valves for wide range of applications.

Multiport Diverter Valve

Multiport diverter valves are used in pneumatic conveying systems where the product flow should be diverted to multiple directions. Multiple port diverting eliminates the need of using huge number of diverters along the conveying line. The valve is operated with an electrical motor and reducer. A PLC controller controls the system.
